I enjoy spending time with my family, being outside, walking and hiking, exercising, personal and professional development, and involvement with my church.
I love working at AllStaff because of the positive culture which can be seen on all sides of the business. We love to have fun but are also a high preforming team! It is a really great balance!

I have my MBA from Walsh University and have been in the recruiting industry for 5 years. I have such a passion for the field and love making a difference in others lives.

My hobbies are to craft, play video games, and play with my two doggies.

I am actively involved in the Columbiana County Safety Council, where I stay informed on workplace safety and compliance best practices. Additionally, I am currently working toward my Certified Staffing Specialist certification to enhance my expertise in talent acquisition, workforce development, and employment regulations.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I love spending time with my kids and family, enjoying nature, working on crafting projects, and doing home renovations.
The community and cultural support here are unmatched! This is truly a wonderful group of people who really enjoy helping others.
Tell us about your professional experience:
Most recently, I spent 2 and a years as a finance manager for an environmental company. I have 12 years of experience in financial accounting and administrative assistance. I have also worked many odd jobs like cleaning, cosmetic sales rep, sauna and spa attendant, home health aide and pet caregiving. My education was mostly centered around Wildlife Biology and Environmental Studies. At the end of the day I simply enjoy being in a community where we a people help each other make positive changes in the worlds around us.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I spend a great deal of time with my family. I assist in caring for my parents as they need. My husband and I are the proud parents of 8 dogs and cats 🙂 I enjoy spending time with my pets and family. Our favorite pass-times are presenting the pets with new toys and playing board and card games. I also enjoy quiet time reading.
