Being a Staffing Specialist at AllStaff is such a rewarding job. Every day, I get to meet new people, learn about their career goals, and help them find the right job opportunities. It’s great to support both job seekers and employers, making sure the right people find the right roles. The job is always exciting, and I love knowing that I’m making a difference in people’s lives and careers.

Tell us about your professional experience:

I am actively involved in the Columbiana County Safety Council, where I stay informed on workplace safety and compliance best practices. Additionally, I am currently working toward my Certified Staffing Specialist certification to enhance my expertise in talent acquisition, workforce development, and employment regulations. 

What do you like to do outside of work?

I love spending time with my kids and family, enjoying nature, working on crafting projects, and doing home renovations.
